  • Main floor: large meeting room and multiple break-out meeting spaces
  • Residential kitchen serves up to 40
  • Lower level: 30 beds (beds per room: 2/3/26), 2 restroom/shower facilities
  • Upper level: 20 beds (beds per room: 4/8/7), 2 restroom/shower facilities and small meeting area
  • Minimum charge of 25 persons/night

The Chanler House       
rates: Sunday-Thursday:  $24/person/night
            Friday/Saturday:   $28/person/night
 
  • First floor: 2 large restroom/shower facilities
  • Second floor: 6 bedrooms that sleep 33 total (beds per room: 8/2/3/12/4/4), 2 restroom/shower facilities
